Getting always message Clarification Needed

When I am trying to ask any question in chat I always getting this response.

"Clearification needed". Please see the attached screenshots

I have added only 3 tables with all relation and #detail description. Still I am getting same issue.

How can I fixed that ? Can anyone please guide me.

Hello, I am also facing similar issue with clickhouse as my backend.It was able to identify the table and fields referring in my input ask. But always shows below error:
