wren UI report error when asking questions and using e-commercial sample db

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: follow the setup instructions

1. using the e-commercial sample database
2. click any 3 sample questions
3. get "failed to create question" or something like that
4. See the error in the console

Expected behavior No error

@tedyyan try deploy your models again ? This error may be caused by deployed models not found in db.

Where can I see the UI server logs?
