Feature Request: Delete and Continue

I have a large number of orphans after an Evernote import. I'm finding scrolling through the Janitor list to be fine, but I want to delete files as I go, a few at a time.

Instead, if I delete a few orphans, the dialog modal is closed and I have to rescan.

Desired Outcome

Allow an option such as (Delete & Continue) or something similar to avoid having to rescan vault every time I do incremental Deletes / Trashes.

Perhaps a check box that is "sticky" (at least per scan) that allows to have Trash/Delete happen as requested but keep modal open, simply update the contents without rescan.
