Option to choose whether pressing <Enter> in text box opens search in "This Tab", "Foreground Tab" or "Background Tab"

This would work the same as the existing options to set "Left Click", "Right Click" and "Middle Click" behavior.

This makes sense. Enter right now does the same as Ctrl+Click, which is ALSO not configurable (opens in a new background tab).
