[enh] Supporting new codecs

Currently, from the codec support page, recording to AAC/MP4 is not supported in Android.(Only the AAC/ADTS is supported for recording)

While in Android document, the AAC/MPEG-4 encoder does exist.

Is there any plan to record to AAC/MP4 or AAC/M4A in Android? This would be a very helpful function.
