[DOC]: Cleaning the documentation

I have started reorganisation and cleaning of the Flutter Sound documentation. Unfortunately I must release Flutter Sound 10.0 before publishing this doc. And Flutter Sound 10.0 is not today, nor tomorrow 👀

This issue is just to be able to add it in the Kanban table.

One of the problems with the current doc is that the documentation of the API, generated by dart-doc, is not accessible by the Flutter Sound user. This must be fixed in 10.0
