1.7.4 not compatible with Thunderbird 128.3.3esr (64-bit)?

Thunderbird flagged cb_thunderlink as incompatible after upgrade to 128.3.3esr Windows 64-bit. Reinstalling 1.7.4 did not fix the problem.

Are you using the one from the thunderbird add-ons (which is incompatible indeed) or the one directly from here?

FYI I'm running with 1.7.4 xpi (from github) with 128.4.0esr (64-bit) just fine (on MacOS).

debian stable upgraded recently to 128.4, src https://packages.debian.org/bookworm/thunderbird

so had this:

I saw that I had 1.7.3 version, and I solved it manually downloading from github this https://github.com/CamielBouchier/cb_thunderlink/releases/download/Release_1_7_4/cb_thunderlink.xpi ; and then: choose the Extensions tab, click the gear icon and choose Install Add-on From File…

and looks like that's because in addon manager cb_thunderlink is still in version 1.7.3: https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-us/thunderbird/addon/cb_thunderlink/

are you sure @kgorlen does not work? what about upgrading to 128.4.0esr (64-bit)?

1.7.4 spontaneously began to partially work on 128.3.3esr (64-bit). Have upgraded to 128.4.0esr (64-bit). Thunderlinks work only when pasted into the menu bar button. Here's the log:

indeed on windows I was on version 128.4.3esr on which it did not work and I returned to 128.3.3 for it to work.

I found the time to download 128.3.3esr and the add-on (taken from github) worked flawlessly. Although at the end of the test I found myself auto-updated to 128.4.3esr.

I suspect 1.7.4 stays compatible with the 128 stream.
