Library no longer resolving due to Bintray shutdown

As of the bintray shutdown May 1st, this library is no longer resolving.

Still available in a read-only state via JFrog's latest update on 4/27.

temporary fix by this: implementation 'com.github.CameraKit:jpegkit-android:0.2.2'

hope this library can move to mavenCentral
