Flash ON is not working

Flash is not working when setting 'setFlash' with FLASH_ON or FLASH_AUTO , but working for FLASH_TORCH . It works on screen tap, but not when captureImage is called. I'm using Samsung S6 with Nougat 7.0 version.

The current code that is available at github. The issue happens with 'still' method only not with 'standard'
