Permissions bug

Denying permissions causes it to continually request permissions until they are granted.

Would love some kind of callback to handle permission rejections. Otherwise I'll probably handle permissions before ever running camerakit code

we had a separate issue where the permission dialog was never shown on certain devices. working from home today, so i'll update it with a one of those devices
