Can't unifyfs start: unifyfsd crashes on startup

Version 0.9.2 was quite picky on the version/configuration of mercury that was compatible. There are now newer versions of UnifyFS and newer versions of Mercury that UnifyFS is compatible with....

`unifyfs_create` is not exclusive
