Can pymc be used to do bayesian Maximum Entropy (BME) research?

Open frenet opened this issue 11 years ago • 3 comments

There is a bayesian Maximum Entropy (BME) toolbox written in matlab: http://www.unc.edu/depts/case/BMEGUI/, but it is hard to use, is it difficult to do BME by pymc?

Any advice or suggestion is appreciated.

Probably not, might be better to ask the kind developers at pymc though.
