Add support for GIF file format

Sharp 0.30 added support for the GIF file format. I updated sharp and allowed gif options.

This still needs an update to the docs and tests, but I'm having trouble getting my environment set up completely. Husky is breaking on my machine for some reason and I couldn't seem to figure out the image snapshots in the test suite, they would change on every run even with no code changes. But it's at least a starting point/PoC.

Thank you! Husky is breaking because your commit messages aren't in the conventional commits format. I'll clean it up and merge 👍🏼 . This might take a few days, it seems like sharp's output image is now nondeterministic and I'll have to rewrite my tests.
