Droppable area

I have a list of items in a lazy column and I would like to create a droppable area, where by dragging an item, I can move it into this area. Also, I would like this area to be draggable and the items within it to be dragged, either to move them into this area or to move them out of the area. All movements would be vertical.

Is it possible?
