Development Dashboard with historical data: cumulative effect of smoke and cumulative hours of exposure.

While the red/yellow/green dashboard shows real-time exposure and status of a firefighter at a point in time, the aggregated data of what they were exposed to is captured in the database. This will need to be plotted on a dashboard. We can possibly reuse elements from the Carbon Design System or other graphing libraries.

If possible, include the comparison with the rest of the firefighters. It means, how much has been exposed the firefighter in comparison with the rest of the firefighters in the community, in the department, in the fire event. It should be implemented in the web application and in the mobile app.
