Could a symbol be added to the table of symbols and the trained model for virus/plague/zombie apocalypse?

The yellow and black biohazard symbol might be the least ambiguous. "yellow; three circles with one additional circle in the center"?

According to the biohazard wikipedia article, there are CDC biohazard levels 1,2,3,4. Is there a convention for number to the top/right/bottom/left of the symbol?
