Due to the nature of TakeTwo's data, we need a suitable host to be the custodian of this data.

Find a company/organization that can host the data going forward

Tasks

• Create full criteria list
• Create shortlist of organizations
• Discuss partnership and required terms

Acceptance Criteria

Standards we believe this issue must reach to be considered complete and ready for a pull request. E.g precisely all the user should be able to do with this update, performance requirements, security requirements, etc as appropriate.

• A neutral, trustworthy, and competent organization to hold the data
• An organization with the technical ability to own and host the data
• Clear agreements on access to data for Call for Code for Racial Justice

• Create framework for database curation
