Nevada and California

Note all the OWRS survey data files are going into the California folder though some are from Nevada. CC @christophertull @vincent-hebble

Resurfacing this issue @christophertull . I don't see a solution other than manually checking and organizing tbh. Could be a good task for Arash after he gets through the backlog

Hmmm. I might have a partial list of Nevada utilities somewhere, but it would only contain those that I added to the dropdown list. Any Nevada retailers who manually entered their utility name would need to be manually separated.

@ArashSeif after you finish the QA/QC this would be helpful to go through the California folder and pull out the utilities that are actually in Nevada. Right now the web form survey.californiadatacollaborative.org just puts all the utilities into the California folder so there's a few Nevada utilities in the California folder.

Not urgent and can wait until after the current QA/QC
