Bug while editing with foreign language

There is a strange bug, which adds random lines below what I am typing in foreign language (ex. korean).

What does the text say? Is it some kind of warning text? Or is it maybe what's in your clipboard?

Does it appear only when typing specific characters? Or maybe the Ctrl key?

It copies and pastes some random lines from the same note.

And you've confirmed that disabling this plugin fixes the issue?
