Setting for dot → comma

In Germany, the decimal point is used instead of the period for real numbers (2→,←40 instead of 2→.←40). This is the default setting on the numeric keypad.

It would be helpful if this could be configured in the settings so that the hand can remain over the numeric keypad instead of always having to switch to the main keyboard.

I know that I could reconfigure the numeric keypad, but then I have to work this way in all other programs, so it's not an option.

This is mostly the same as #21. Unfortunately, this plugin is a thin wrapper over mathjs, which doesn't support this feature (and it looks like it never will). It looks like it can be supported for users that don't use the more complex features, but it will be fragile.
