Add a functionality that quickly creates a new note for an open todo

Open F2g-git opened this issue 2 years ago • 3 comments

For every open TODO, there might be a quick link or something in it, that you can click and it automatically creates a note with the TODO text as its preliminary title. This note is then automatically linked to that TODO, replacing the link for creating the note. This would allow to access the progress of open todos easily.

Hmm, The purpose of this plugin is to help users manage inline todos. I think that extracting those todos into a separate note almost defeats the purpose.

What if instead the links in the summary note scroll you right to the position in the source note that you need?

At least something. I also found at some point, that a seperate note for every todo is not helpful

Exactly!

That would be great!
