Smooth Scrolling jittery/ laggy on Safari

Describe the bug | 问题描述 Smooth scrolling feels jittery and laggy, text rendering seems to be issue, they feel very jittery, other apps like chrome or chromium browser have no such issue. I noticed only in Safari To Reproduce | 如何重现 Just open safari, try to navigate youtube.com and you will see the text seems to be jittery after a while- try small / minimal scroll distance via scroll wheel Expected behavior | 期望结果 Smooth scrolling should work without any issue - especially the text rendering thing Screenshots | 相关截图

Same issue. No matter if I use stable or beta, Safari is still problematic
