malware
Describe the bug | 问题描述
When trying to open the Mos application on macOS, Gatekeeper blocks it with the following error message: “Mos” Not Opened. Apple could not verify “Mos” is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy.
This issue prevents the application from launching normally unless the user manually overrides the security settings.
To Reproduce | 如何重现 1. Download and install Mos on macOS. 2. Try to open the application by double-clicking it. 3. A system security warning appears, preventing the app from running.
Expected behavior | 期望结果
The application should open without any security warning, or it should be notarized by Apple so that macOS recognizes it as a trusted application.

System Info | 系统信息: • Mouse: Logitech MX Master • OS: macOS [Your macOS version, e.g., macOS 14.3 Sonoma] • Browser: Not applicable • Version: [Mos version, e.g., v3.4.3] • Application: Whole System
Additional context | 额外说明 • The issue occurs because Mos is not notarized by Apple. • The temporary workaround is to manually override macOS security settings through System Settings > Privacy & Security or by running sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Mos.app in Terminal. • Notarizing the app would prevent macOS from blocking it for all users.
This is there because the app is not signed by Apple Developer account certificate. That means that developer don't want to pay Developer account fee.
Go to settings -> privacy -> scroll down and allow to open the app.

Can we do a fund raiser so that the app could be signed?
