Mos Setup Hangs on Accessibility Controls Authorization Prompt

I also just encountered this bug.

What I did to fix it:

• Make sure Mos process is killed (I used htop and searched for it and killed it)
• Completely remove Mos from Privacy & Security | Accessibility
• Now rerun Mos, grant it permission when it asks for it. macOS will kill Mos as soon as you grant permission. Now just restart Mos and you should be good to go.
