ProMotion breaks MOS intended algorithm

Describe the bug | 问题描述 When a XDR screen is enabled as "ProMotion", which in turn enables up to 120Hz of refresh rate, then MOS smooth scroll has a problem. It seems that some algorithm inside MOS is dependent on 60Hz to function.
