Keep horizontal scroll normal

When reversing the scroll direction, it also reverses the horizontal scrolling which is not good. 说说你的新点子 | Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to keep the horizontal scrolling of my mouse wheel normal while still reversing the vertical scroll. This would be a toggle option. 还有别的替代方案吗？ | Describe alternatives you've considered Alternatives is setting up LGUB to reverse the scroll direction but that is really bad solution. 额外说明 | Additional context
