Fast scroll is enabled with hot key (Dash key) not pressed

Hi there, I just want to bring this issue to your attention

Describe the bug | 问题描述 I use the "option" key to switch apps in my mac I use the same option key to fast scroll when the button is pressed The issue is, when I switch using the option key to a tab and move my mouse to that page and start scrolling, it will scroll fast like the option key is pressed while it is not

To Reproduce | 如何重现

• Set the "Option" key to switch tabs either with default shortcuts settings app or 3rd party app to do that, I use alt-Tab app for that purpose.
• Set fast scroll "Dash key" in Mos app preference to use "Option" key
• Switch opened windows of your app using option key, for example Brave browser
• On the window you just switched to, start scrolling

Expected behavior | 期望结果 Regular smooth scrolling, not fast

Additional context | 额外说明 Workaround to mitigate this is by pressing the "option" key one time and then scrolling will be back to normal
