MOS smooth scrolling conflicts with Preview and Powerpoint when viewing a full page (i.e. not continuous scrolling)

Describe the bug | 问题描述

The smooth scrolling feature for MOS conflicts with Preview and Powerpoint when viewing a full page (i.e. not continuous scrolling).

In such a case, the page either does not advance when scrolling with the mouse wheel, or advances multiple pages with a single scroll action.

To Reproduce | 如何重现 This occurs when viewing a PDF using Preview single page (not continuous) or using Powerpoint slideshow mode. The smooth scrolling feature should also be enabled.

Expected behavior | 期望结果 The correct behavior should be to move the page one at a time when using the scroll wheel.

+1 I guess stuff like this is, why the blocking key, to temporarily disable the smoothing was implemented. But as that means you can't scroll single-handedly, that's not acceptable for me.

Good behaviour would be, that MOS automatically disables smoothing, if it detects single-page mode.
