System-wide horizontal scrolling with Shift key pressed doesn't work while Smooth Scrolling enabled

If any application/window has content that enables horizontal and vertical scrolling then you can make a horizontal scrolling with the Shift key pressed. This system-wide behavior doesn't work while MOS has Smooth Scrolling enabled.
To Reproduce | 如何重现
To check this bug in Chrome, open this forum thread and check 3rd code snippet with a horizontal scroll. While the page has a vertical scroll and until smooth scrolling is enabled, this code snippet can't be scrolled horizontally with the Shift key pressed. The same applies to any app/window in a system.
Expected behavior | 期望结果
Any app/window can be scrolled horizontally with the Shift key pressed while MOS has a Smooth Scrolling option enabled.

Probably the easiest solution could be to check whether the Shift key pressed and if that's true — disable Smooth Scrolling until Shift is released. Not sure but it might be that implementing proper horizontal smooth scrolling is easy as well.
Same issue here… I have tried holding shift to scroll horizontally in Final Cut Pro and it didn't work.
I came up to the same problem when using Finder and Notion 2.0.19 on MacOS 11.4. And mos version is 3.3.2.

For people having this issue: Change Toggle Key to ⇧ Shift in settings.
