What I am asking is for you to allow the input of a duration of 0 because I would sometimes like non smooth-scrolling for certain applications.

额外说明 | Additional context I know that you can simply turn off smooth scrolling, but the macOS native scrolling acceleration breaks scrolling in some apps with it's line skipping. Smoothscroll allows you to set it to 0, which is a major upside as compared to MOS.
