Line Endings - Changed from LF to CRLF

Line endings switched from LF to CRLF in https://github.com/CakeWP/block-options/commit/21d9b8c3c7a8ace1990ed1c94886a71e39b42c90. I believe this was done unintentionally as it conflicts with the .editorconfig.

I'll open a PR shortly that adds a .gitattributes file as well as swaps line endings back to LF for non-binary files.
