The setting 'List Block Font Size' need to be removed

Gutenberg now offers support for setting the font size, so this feature should be removed. Additionally, EditorsKit actually breaks the font size for lists, because the changes are not synchronised between the two features and an extra 'px' is added to the rendered code.
