Gradle 7 Support

I hope PRs are still looked at 😄

Adds support for Gradle 7+ by adding the required annotations. I'm not a gradle expert by any means, so I just the annotations that looked and felt right for that specific field or method, so some of these might be wrong. Please let me know if an annotation should be changed :)
