I have an issue "you need to be an operator to add a terrain smoothable" in my local world, when I try to add any block to NoCubes list in game 2024-04-22_02 41 22

1.12.2 hasn’t gotten any updates in a while and I don’t have time to do an update for it. As a workaround, are you able to add blocks as smooth if you open your world to LAN with cheats enabled?
