Do you want to save file yes no cancel on exit

Currently, this dialog is thrown upon exit:

Exit question is formulated in opposite logic from the rest of applications. It is usual to get this kind of question and options: "Do you want to save project?" Yes (default), No, Cancel.

Simple user, coming from office world like me will click "Yes", loosing the work, even without reading the question.
