ENH: allow specifying "Visible" in show_object

[s-ol]

show_object should accept an additional parameter visible=True corresponding to the parameter exposed in the Objects window. This way optional parts of the assembly or alternatives can be rendered but hidden until the user decides to preview them. This would be especially useful in combination with #213.
