Errors found as admin user generating connection reports

          Errors found as admin user generating connection reports:

1. RSB is empty
2. filtering by port does not work (ip filters work)
3. when picking the super-owner after generating a normal owner report, the report is not cleared but re-displayed. Identical behaviour when clearing the owner and generating another report.
