cpr8x importer - take "install on" field into account

• [x] make sure data for this field is imported correctly
• [ ] also use this field for other reports/analysis
• [ ] add rules report parameter "filter for install-on-device field" (default = true)
• [x] firewall types which do not have this field have an implicit "Any GW"
• [ ] also look at fortimanager if there is an equivalent
