Dark Theme switcher

Hello.

I saw dark theme in code, even URL param support.

I'd like to have just a button for switching the theme.

The URL parameter was intended for inclusion in OBS browser sources, which lack user interactivity beyond specifying URLs. However, the overall intended purpose of OW2Countdown has shifted from being a tool focused on providing stream overlays to being a standalone source of information.

Basically the URL param is a legacy feature, with the intended functionality being to respect the user's system preference. I can think about adding a toggle, but I'm not sure where I'd place it in the webpage.
