TCP ping returns always Alive
It was mentioned in forums. Set device down detection to TCP ping on any port like 3389. Gui shows device up correctly. Spine detection seems to be ok too: 2024-05-21 13:26:28 - SPINE: Poller[1] PID[51831] PT[35179172608] DEBUG: Device[1081] HT[1] In Poller, About to Start Polling 2024-05-21 13:26:28 - SPINE: Poller[1] PID[51831] PT[35179172608] Device[1081] DEBUG: Entering TCP Ping 2024-05-21 13:26:28 - SPINE: Poller[1] PID[51831] PT[35179172608] Device[1081] INFO: TCP Device Alive, Try Count:1, Time:0.2749 ms 2024-05-21 13:26:28 - SPINE: Poller[1] PID[51831] PT[35179172608] Device[1081] HT[1] Device has no information for recache. 2024-05-21 13:26:28 - SPINE: Poller[1] PID[51831] PT[35179172608] Device[1081] HT[1] Total Time: 0.0013 Seconds 2024-05-21 13:26:28 - SPINE: Poller[1] PID[51831] PT[35179172608] DEBUG: Device[1081] HT[1] DEBUG: HOST COMPLETE: About to Exit Device Polling Thread Function
Change port to any non-opened port. Gui show device down correctly. Spine returns device UP with strange response time: 2024-05-21 13:01:37 - SPINE: Poller[1] PID[34279] PT[35163417344] DEBUG: Device[1081] HT[1] In Poller, About to Start Polling 2024-05-21 13:01:37 - SPINE: Poller[1] PID[34279] PT[35163417344] Device[1081] DEBUG: Entering TCP Ping 2024-05-21 13:02:52 - SPINE: Poller[1] PID[34279] PT[35163417344] Device[1081] INFO: TCP Device Alive, Try Count:2, Time:75016.4440 ms 2024-05-21 13:02:52 - SPINE: Poller[1] PID[34279] PT[35163417344] Device[1081] HT[1] Device has no information for recache. 2024-05-21 13:02:52 - SPINE: Poller[1] PID[34279] PT[35163417344] Device[1081] HT[1] Total Time: 75 Seconds 2024-05-21 13:02:52 - SPINE: Poller[1] PID[34279] PT[35163417344] DEBUG: Device[1081] HT[1] DEBUG: HOST COMPLETE: About to Exit Device Polling Thread Function 2024-05-21 13:02:53 - SYSTEM STATS: Time:172.9955 Method:spine Processes:2 Threads:10 Hosts:400 HostsPerProcess:200 DataSources:18165 RRDsProcessed:0
