[Feature Request] - Add ability to change faiure count in change device menu

Hey Guys!

It would be nice to be able to change the failure count before a device shows down Right now the setting is global via UP/Down settings in Device defaults

But you may want to change this for specific devices to be more or less sensitive

In the device page you can change this value here

But when you select multiple devices and click change device settings that option is not one of them that you can change

So, that's is a thold setting. So, it would need to be a hook.
