Allow removal of Threshold from a specifc device ignoring device template

Hey Guys

Currently, if you have THOLD installed and have a device template you associate a threshold to a device template and create a device that device is created with the template parameters along with the threshold

Now if you want to remove the threshold you can delete them in the management view but the associated threshold will stay in the device settings just showing threshold does not exist

If you then run apply thresholds or run automation then hey the thresholds come back even though you don't want thresholds to apply for this specific device

The other option would be to create another template that did not have that threshold associated to it but then this can make searching by device type/template messy but it's functional I suppose

I would say make it so that if a threshold has been deleted from a device make an option where you can remove the associated threshold from the device entirely and not have it come back unless you sync again with the device template
