Add field phone number for SMS

Hello guys

So I have integrated twillo with cacti using the THOLD run command option and a script that is called everything works great with one kink there is no way to pass from cacti/thold the phone number to text

What would be awesome is another data field and accessible variable such as <DESCRIPTION> to be added that way when a device is setup that information can be inputted and thold can pass the number to the script on the server to send out the SMS

Something like this would ideally be accomplished by creating a new plugin. If we added arbitrary fields for every type of possible alerting mechanism out there, then we have lots of useless fields that most people won't use.

The idea is that various plugins will be able to plug into Thold without having to clutter the base code.
