Include support to dip into databases like www.abuseipdb.com

It would be useful to have a report to dip into abuse db to show a report on ip traffic that is destined or sourced from a IP that is listed on abuse db

Our NIC.CZ has updated CSV with problematic/blacklisted IP - https://project.turris.cz/en/greylist.html It is free list.

It would be great to check IP addresses against these databases and send email notifications
