Allow Cacti to determine if a device supports the Extended Uptime OID at file creation and provide a way to change that election from the user interface. This is to address some devices that act rather poorly when you attempt to contact the Extended Uptime OID.

Describe the solution you'd like

Create checkbox in the SNMP settings that will be updated when you edit the device, and at when the device is added to Cacti. Allow the user to disabled the auto-detection possibly.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I have changed spine to use the Classic Uptime first, followed by a call to the Extended Uptime, which allows these devices to be polled correctly, however this also impacts polling performance and scalability. considered.
