Performance Issues on Template and Presets Pages on Large Installs and Drilldowns

Describe the bug

The various Templates and Preset's pages perform counts of objects, and by doing so, slow the page response quite a bit. It would be nice if instead, those values were cached in the various tables so that the rendering of those pages was near instantaneous.

In the same vane, there is no way to drill-down from say a Graph Template to the respective Graphs which can be flow when you have potentially millions of Graphs. So, add drill-down links if possible for those pages.
