Allow reporting to export excel data instead of graphs

Hey Guys!.

The built-in reporting of cacti is great for generating reports in graph format Cacti itself allows for exporting of the raw CSV data in some larger enterprises data analysts prefer the raw data for additional processing.

I would see this as a report where the email or download would have the individual exported CSV files instead of having to do it manually.

Or if there would be a way to convert the graph_xport.php to a CLI script as well where you can pass the host ID and graph template then that would work too !
