When upgrading from a pre-1.x release, offer to add an automation network
Describe the bug Presently, when upgrading from an 0.8.x release, you do not get offered the ability to add an automation network. This hides a key feature in Cacti 1.x that users should have the ability to take advantage of.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Upgrade a 0.8.x instance
- Note that you don't get the ability to add an automation network
Expected behavior You should have the ability to add an automation network during upgrade.
I'm pretty sure that an automation network is created as part of 1.2.x. Therefore, I think we should close this?
I've not upgraded a pre 1.x server in a while. Let me test.
Confirming that page is not on the 1.2.x upgrade.
Confirming it does not import the package either, even when you select them. I guess we should log that separately.
I'm pretty sure you had a reason to disable importing packages by default during upgrades. In fact, I'm sure there's some very specific logic around pre-1.x upgrades.
I remember that conversation. It was around breaking things blindly without preview.
