Poller Replicate In should remove files no longer present

As seen in Cacti/plugin_reportit#49 a poller will sync the latest version of a plugin. However, this can result in issues were the plugin's old files (if renamed or removed) are kept and run. I'm not sure if the plugin's upgrade process is run during a sync as well if the version has changed.

The sync happens at the very end, so unless you have something backgrounded, it should not be an issue. On the other hand, currently we are not detecting files that have been renamed. The old files will get stale. So, from the perspective, I'm good with dumping them. But during the initial design, it was a minor point. So, I tabled it.
