Wrong time zone stamps on Ring Cameras

CachyOS Browser put the wrong timezone stamp on all Ring camera videos, which can make them inadmissible in court.

This can be only be fixed by going into about:config and setting privacy.resistFingerprinting to false.

This is the same problem as for the Nextcloud WebCalendar and shifts all my meetings by one hour. Only privacy.resistFingerprinting solves this but I fear it can only be resolved on the Nextcloud Calendars side to allow for timezones correctly and will be similiar for Ring camera videos
